Start your day with grace & gratitude.We are hosted at the Lanphear Reading Room owned by the Watch Hill Conservancy - this charity provides the community gathering - please consider making a donation to WHC.
*New students are required to sign a practice waiver.

Class Fee $23 or monthly pass
(Cash & Check preferred - EP is available upon request)
Arrival time 9:00AM
Entrance: Rear Entrance(front is locked)
** Bring your mat, blanket, props & water, dress comfortably. (have items to provide support and comfort)
Lanphear Practice Guidelines
1)Please enter through the back lobby doors(will be open) and use the Reading Room exit(do not enter through garage doors).
2)Please make electronic payments prior to arrival or make pay upon arrival.
3)Sign In upon arrival.
4)Students provide their own mats and props for practice.
5)Call 24 hours in advance to cancel.
