You’re invited to a rejuvenating Stretch & Splash series at The Lake House at Omni Las Colinas Hotel! ? Enjoy complimentary 45-minute, beginner-friendly sessions in Pilates, Yoga, and Stretch + Soundbath with Fitness Ambassadors, set against the serene lakeside backdrop.

- July 28: Beginner Mat Pilates ?♀️
- August 11: All Levels Vinyasa Yoga ?
- August 25: Stretch + Soundbath ?
Check-in begins at 8:30 AM with the class starting promptly at 9 AM. Bring your own mat, water, sunscreen, and a bathing suit! ?♀️☀️
Get ready to mindfully move your body next to the beautiful lakeside. Guests are welcome to take a dip and cool off after class. ?♀️
