During this event, you’ll have the opportunity to sample products and create your own items containing essential oils to take home. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to patch-test any products before use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult your GP.
It is important that you follow the recommemded dilution ratios, usage guidelines, and storage instructions provided. Self-care is a personal journey that takes time and practice; as such, I do not claim that my workshops offer quick fixes or guaranteed solutions to any health or wellbeing concerns. These sessions are simply a space for you to slow down, relax, and explore self-care practices in a supportive environment.
