Stress is an inevitable part of life but chronic stress can negatively impact our mental, emotional and physical health.
Stress can contribute to poor sleep, disrupted digestion, elevated blood pressure, headaches, difficulty concentration, muscle tension, anxiety and depression symptoms.
This series will include gentle movement suitable for all fitness levels, meditation, journaling, and group discussion.
1/9-week 1: Defining stress and taking the stress inventory quiz
1/16-Setting intentions and creating a stress management plan
1/ 23-Yoga Nidra (open class)
1/30-Revisiting the stress inventory scale and creating a long term plan for resiliency
