This class is a safe and nurturing space to explore how emotions and stress are held in the body and how to gently let them go through mindful movement, breathwork, and the use of myofascial release balls to let go of tension. With a blend of slow Hatha and yin-inspired yoga, you’ll learn simple, supportive tools to reset your nervous system. We'll be working on slowing down and releasing tension we no longer want to hold on to.
Whether you’re new to yoga or experienced, you’ll be warmly welcomed. Come as you are, leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more resilient.
