In this hour and a half workshop we will be learning very briefly about stress and the effects it has on our body and mind. Then be using the tools of yoga to help release stress and activate the parasympathetic nervous system. This workshop will provide breath work techniques that you can use on and off the mat. Then they will be guided in a relaxing meditation to help ease the mind and lastly help melt away physical tension with the help of restorative yoga. All intended to leave feeling refreshed and confident to use these tools at home to help mitigate future stress.
