Join us at Unity of the Midlands for an afternoon of stress-busting and light lunch. This in-person event is designed to help you unwind and recharge with painting and music. Dress comfortably, in clothes you don't mind getting a little messy!Stress Relief Labs demonstrate ways to alleviate the negative effects of stress, and restore balance in the mind, body, and spirit.
The method of focus on April 27 from 12pm-2pm here at Unity of the Midlands is "Play" and we will explore the power of playing and creativity in harmonizing daily living to improve health outcomes.
Dress comfortably and NOT in your best attire (things could get a little messy!).
