Join us for a fun and informative session with OSU nursing students as they dive into stress and its effects on our bodies. Discover the sources of stress, how our bodies react, and the long-term impacts. The students will also share helpful coping strategies for managing stress, both short-term and long-term. ?♀️ Plus, there will be a special playgroup for the kids! Students will engage the children in learning about stress, the body's reactions, and coping strategies through informal play, tailored to their ages and abilities. Lunch will be provided!
