CONTENT:
Are you in pain, or struggling with digestive issues, migraines, or with anxiety or depression...?
Did you know that your nervous system is at the CORE of your physical and mental well-being...?
Join me in this 1.5hrs long workshop to understand how the nervous system works, and learn about:
- The 3 types of stress that can affect your physical and mental health
- Where pain and mental health issues come from
- How emotions are stored in the body
- Learn tools to reduce and release stress at home
- Have fun practicing assessments on each other,
- Learn about Spinal Flow, and more...!
This workshop will provide you with important (easy to follow) information, somatic tools for nervous system regulation and simple suggestions to start taking care of your nervous system at home, all summarise in a handout for you to take home.
Herbal tea and snacks will be offered at the end.
WHO CAN BENEFIT:
This information will be relatable to anyone who has a nervous system :-) and will greatly benefit anyone suffering from illnesses, physical pains, recurrent symptoms or emotional struggles.
All ages and backgrounds welcome.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:
Hi, I'm Manon! I'm a Nervous System specialist, trained in Somatic Experiencing and Spinal Flow.
I have spent the last decade supporting people of all ages with stress and pain relief, trauma healing and nervous system regulation.
I'm passionate about the nervous system and about helping people of all ages understand how their mind and body works.
I've offered countless workshops online on the topic and I can't wait to share this information with you in person!
