Welcome to the Stress Management Workshop!

Stress costs! It costs your health, it costs your wellbeing and ignoring it or doing nothing about it will eventually damage relationships, hurt you financially or subject you to a life of suffering when you don't need to.

Why would you choose to continue to suffer from stress?

The one-hour Stress Management Workshop is about learning how simple it is to manage your stress. We all tend to believe that the situation that gives us stress needs to change or go away but instead we will show you that changing how you view your stress can quite effectively remove it all together. You will learn about Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and how it can be used in stress management. We want you to take control, and live a freer, happier and calmer life.

In the workshop, you will be asked to identify the cause of one of your biggest stresses and work on it throughout the session. After each technique is introduced and explained, we will then teach you the steps of how to apply them to your chosen stress in an active session.

As the workshop progresses you will be able to understand the source of your stress, how to take back the power from your default emotional reactions and experience how your stress levels can be managed, if not eliminated. This workshop is about gaining more control back over your life.

The workshop also includes a relaxing mindfulness session at the end to make sure you leave in a relaxed state.
