Join us for an informative workshop where we’ll explore unique ways to ease stress and bring more peace into your life. In a friendly and supportive environment, we’ll share gentle techniques to help you feel more relaxed and in control.

WHO IS THIS FOR?
This workshop is open to Japanese-speaking Angelenos who want to feel more peaceful and better manage stress.
