About the facilitator:
Minal is a Positive Psychology Mindset Coach (MSc), wellbeing trainer and Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher. Having always had a passion in human behaviour and neuroscience, Minal works with individuals and with organisations to help them thrive and flourish. Through evidence-based techniques, she helps people to identify and overcome negative thinking patterns that hold them back. She supports them to build their confidence and resilience levels, to live more mindfully and to live an intentional, meaningful life that is filled with more joy and peace.
