About this Event
With 80% of people feeling that working from home has negatively affected their mental health, this active participation workshop will look at stress overload and ways to manage your mental wellbeing.
Our workshops are designed to;
- Look at ways to manage stress and build resilience
- Look at the brain, body connection (the body really does keep the score)
- Address ways of avoiding burn out before hitting crisis
Psychotherapy led, we use evidence-based strategies and tools to create an interactive and engaging learning experience, decreasing stress and increasing productivity.
We believe everyday mental wellbeing is for thriving not just surviving.
