The day is designed to introduce you to a variety of Meditations, mindful practices and self care techniques, to manage your stress levels, support your self care needs and increase your happiness.
On the day we will explore:
• The stress response and how it impacts your daily life and well being
• Benefits of regular relaxation & self care
• Full body Relaxation Techniques
• NLP exercises’ to easily and effectively change your mental state
• Self hypnosis/ dee relaxation techniques
• Self care wellbeing practices
And lots more!
You really can learn how to use your own mind to become happier, healthier and more at peace within yourself, so you can enjoy thinking more clearly, with better judgement and greater confidence.

Our day course includes lunch, and refreshments throughout the day, provided at our venue Choose You Yoga Studio & Wellness Hub, so your every need is taken care of. The day is limited to only 16 people, so join now to avoid disappointment.
Attendees will receive notes for the day, recapping all tasks and information, as well as a free relaxation audio for home use.
