This is a seated, education-based workshop focused on understanding how stress and burnout show up in the body—and why “pushing through” often makes things worse, not better. This workshop is not therapy, not a yoga class, and not a movement-based experience.
There is no required movement, no expectation to share, and no fixing involved.
Instead, this is a grounded, discussion-centered space designed to help participants understand:
• How chronic stress affects the nervous system
• Why burnout is not a personal failure
• How the body communicates overwhelm before the mind catches up
• Why rest alone doesn’t always resolve burnout
• What sustainable support actually looks like
What this workshop includes:
✨ Seated, discussion-based learning
✨ Clear, non-clinical explanations
✨ Gentle awareness practices (optional)
✨ Nervous-system-informed education
✨ Space for reflection and questions
What this workshop is not:
– Not a productivity workshop
– Not a motivational talk
– Not an immersive or emotional processing session
– No pressure to “heal” or change anything
Participants are encouraged to bring anything they need to be comfortable, including pillows, blankets, water, or a journal.
This workshop is open to the public.
No prior experience with nervous system education, mindfulness, or body-based practices is required.
📅 Date: March 7
⏰ Time: 1:00–4:00 PM
💰 Investment: $59 per person
This workshop is especially supportive for people who:
• Feel chronically tired, overwhelmed, or stretched thin
• Are emotionally exhausted but still “functioning”
• Want understanding instead of pressure
• Are curious about burnout through a body-based lens
✨ Come as you are. Learn how stress lives in the body—and why awareness, not willpower, is the starting point for change.
