Hi, I’m Richelle Cannon. For over 20 years, I struggled with a whirlwind of health challenges—IBS, bloating, adrenal fatigue, painful periods, exhaustion, depression, and brain fog. Like so many women, I went from doctor to doctor, including specialists and gastroenterologists, only to be told my labs were “normal” or that it was “just peri-menopause” and something I’d have to live with. The only solutions I was offered were antidepressants or more pharmaceuticals. Deep down, I knew there had to be another way—one that actually addressed the root cause instead of just covering symptoms.
My turning point came when I stopped chasing symptoms and started looking at the body as a whole—mind, body, and spirit. I worked with a functional practitioner who ran a series of specialized lab tests, shifted my nutrition, learned to rest, and discovered how stress impacts every system in the body. I was surprised by how quickly my energy returned, my hormones balanced, my digestion improved, and I finally felt like myself again.
Today, I guide women through the same process using functional testing, personalized protocols, and supportive coaching.
