Arrival from 11.00am - On arrival you will be welcomed with a warming tea and chance to explore your healing space for the day.
11.15am - Release stress and tension held in the body using soothing breathwork, Mindful Yoga and Mobility inspired Movement. Guided by your Reset host Debbie Jenkins
1.00pm- Nourishing Lunch and Traditional Cream Tea
2.00pm - Mindful habits for less stress & more energy - Explore Nourishing seasonal rituals, tips and recipes to reduce stress, boost your energy and mood
3.00pm - Tea Break, optional lakeside and woodland walk
3.30pm - Sleep, Rest & Relaxation Rituals
