
About this Event
Life seems to be moving faster by the day, and it's becoming increasingly difficult to step out of the spiral--to pause, breathe, and return to that quiet place of wholeness. That place where nothing is lacking.
In the first portion of this workshop, you will receive grounded, actionable tools to help move out of that spiral, whenever it may show up, and return back into your authentic, whole self. We'll explore simple, accessible practices to regulate the nervous system and reconnect with inner steadiness including:
- Breathwork
- Gentle Hatha Yoga
- Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
- Restorative Yoga and Meditations.
After exploring these practices for stress & anxiety, we will move into a deeply restful experience: Yoga Nidra, a guided relaxation that invites the body to soften and the mind to settle. We'll close with a sound bath featuring bowls, chimes and the resonant sounds of the gong.
Arrive with an open mind, stay for deep rest. This space is for everyone!
