Join us for this half-day workshop to explore how to use StrengthsFinder (now CliftonStrengths) as an entrepreneur. Corporations and larger organizations are no strangers to the StrengthsFinders assessment and use it to build effective teams. But if you're a solo entrepreneur or you're just starting to build your team, how can you unlock the benefits of this assessment?
Dr. Ramon Pastrano can help. A long time instructor for our FINNOVATION Fellowship Program, Dr. Pastrano is also the founder of Third Sphere LLC, a center for transformational leadership in organizational culture, change management, cultural competence, social innovation, and entrepreneurship. Dr. Pastrano is fluent in human-centered design, transformational leadership, systems thinking and social innovation. He brings his decades of experience in medical devices, the U.S. Navy Reserve, and work throughout the globe to help emerging entrepreneurs make a difference.
