Join us for the Strengthening Families Program (SFP) — a free, 14-session, resiliency-based workshop that helps families build stronger bonds, improve communication, and foster positive behaviors at home.Each session includes:
🍽️ A shared family dinner
👨👩👧👦 Separate adult and youth lessons
💬 Family practice time together
Who can attend:
Parents, guardians, or primary caregivers with children ages 6–11
Families committed to growing connection, structure, and communication
Program benefits:

✅ Builds conflict-resolution and emotional regulation skills
✅ Deepens healthy family bonds and social supports
💵 A stipend is available for outside childcare as needed.
