Six Weeks to a Stronger & Healthier You!
Who wouldn’t benefit from a stronger core, legs, arms, back, and glutes? For the first half of class we will focus on exercises that engage multiple joints and major muscle groups simultaneously to build strength and tone. Second half will be an excellent opportunity to enhance flexibility, improve range of motion, and boost circulation, all while reducing muscle soreness. All stretch movements can be modified to fit the level of your own flexibility.
Please bring a yoga mat, 3-10 lb. handheld weights, water, and wear comfortable clothing. Let’s get STRONGER together!
