Join us at The Generalist Store in downtown Johnson City for free monthly wellness events the 1st Wednesday of every month.
We are so excited to bring “Rooted” a series of monthly wellness collaborations to the downtown community that we hope will continue into the months and years to come. Featuring local holistic health providers as our guest speakers on different wellness topics each month, Q&As, information about local services and resources, wellness givewaways, and more!
Our lunch and giveaway at this event will be sponsored by Build Power Grind, and will include food offerings from Groovy Grover's!
In this discussion, Rachel Brock, ACSM-CPT, CPPT, PN1, CF-L1, owner of Build Power Grind, will talk about the importance of strength training as a cornerstone of a healthy lifestyle for people of all ages.
