Join Kris for a supportive, full-body strength training class focused on improving your core, arms, and legs. This 6-session series helps you gain strength, energy, and confidence—with modifications to meet you where you are.
You’ll also have the option to track progress using our muscle and body fat percentage scale at the beginning and end of the series. Plus, enjoy practical nutrition tips and tricks to support your goals.
