▪️ 3 Lift Comp (squat, bench press & deadlift)
▪️ IPF Spec Rules and Weight Classes
▪️ Weigh in from 7 am | Lift-off from 9 am
▪️ No approved equipment required
▪️ This comp is limited to 40 lifters
