Join us for mini morning yoga retreat that is suitable for all level. A prefect way to start your day!🙏We will start the morning by coming into our space with a breath awareness practice, before our movement practice commences. This will be an all round practice sampling movements for hip mobility, pelvic floor awareness, balancing & strengthening poses, blended with a little asana (posture) philosophy, leaving plenty of time to explore some restorative poses. A yoga nidra will bring our morning to a close.
For those that feel that a 3hr yoga practice is too long or too daunting, our movement time is around the same duration as a regular yoga class, with a longer period of relaxation/yoga nidra time. We conclude our practice around 12pm, allowing time for tea and cake etc
The cost is £20 and is prepayment only, which is not refundable or transferable to future events or classes.
