Wednesdays 10:45am Studio 2A 30-minute strength focused workout!
This co-ed class will be as fun as it is informative! Learn how to vary the format for your workouts and increase your experience with strength training which can include- resistance bands, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and so much more! Every month you will be focusing on different muscle groups, learning to train them, and putting it all together at the end of the 4 weeks, so you can begin the next month with a new focus on different muscles!
