In this workshop we will learn about, practise and experience Restorative Yoga Poses, while exploring the healing effects on our nervous system.
By the end of the workshop, you will have explored enough poses to be able to create your own Restorative Yoga practices at home.
Each day will conclude with a Restorative Yoga practice led by teacher, Jen Van-Achteren.
Suitable for beginners and for those wishing to advance their practice and technique.
Jen provides a safe and supportive environment for students to explore their relationship with yoga, their practice, to try new things, heal and grow.
She is a registered Continuing Education Provider with the Yoga Alliance. This workshop attracts Continuing Education points for Yoga Teachers.
