STRENGTH in SHE
Welcome to the STRENGTH in SHE Miami event! Join me & the TRAINED by Tal community for a day filled with inspiration, motivation, and connection. The intention of this day is to teach women from my community & beyond their inner strength - both physically and mentally. We will spend the first 1.5 hours enduring a circuit-style strength training class lead by me. We will follow with a 1 hour interacvtive discussion & reflection. You can also expect some free goodies at the end of the event! Come prepared to sweat! And don't forget to show up as your BOLDEST self.
