About this Event
Join our Pre and Postnatal focused workout followed by coffee, treats & an informative conversation on a woman’s transition into motherhood. This wellness morning will focus on on how mothers can nourish and care for themselves at whatever stage of Motherhood they are at through movement, nutrition, self compassion and community. This event will be full of fun, relaxing, connection and caffeine!
