John, owner of Breakout, is known for creating workouts that target the focus area of the day, are easy to modify, and leave you feeling strong, accomplished, and ready to take on your weekend!
What to Expect:
– A mat-based, strength training circuit led by John
– Choose your own weights & work at your comfort level
– All moves are modifiable for every fitness level
– An uplifting, positive environment and supportive community
– Just bring yourself and water - everything else is provided!
