About this Event
Sister Carmen Community Center would like to invite you to attend an interactive and engaging Strength Based Learning Workshop. We will explore how using this lens propels a family to believe in themselves and reach thier goals for a better life.
When we focus on what's going well, hope and optimism are restored. By shifting to a strength based lens, authentic relationships occur and families learn that they have the ability and knowledge to achive their dreams. We will practice techniques and learn how to impliment new skills that support healthy interdependence.
A light breakfast & snack will be served. Lunch is on your own.
Facilitator: Andrea Ostroy, a trainer in strength based practice for more than 20 years.
