Work towards your goals and Workout Like a Gymnast at Sokol's new adult fitness program. This class is for adult athletes of all levels interested in exercising in a supportive community. Each class will focus on gymnastics warm-ups to build flexibility and basic gymnastics skills and conditioning to build strength.
