Followed by a 15 minute TOTAL BODY Stretch-to reward your body for the hard work and improve overall flexibilty-mobility and well being.
Who is this class best suited for? EVERYONE :-) We always give options-to amp it up or dial it back-we LOVE BEGINNERS!!!
