About this Event
Join us for a rejuvenating 30-minute Strength & Stretch class on the beach in Belmont Shore. The class is designed for people at all stages of life, and focuses on improving mobility, flexibility, and overall strength through safe, guided movements. We’ll begin with gentle movement to wake up the body and move into strength exercises that target key areas for women’s health. Whether you’re easing back into fitness or looking to enhance your routine, this series will help you feel strong, refreshed, and ready to take on the day!
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat or towel (we’ll be doing some exercises on the ground)
- Resistance band or yoga strap (optional, but recommended for deeper stretching)
All classes are led by me, Makala Herman, a Certified Personal Trainer, with experience tailoring fitness to meet the unique needs of women. Let’s start the day off strong together!
