Strength & Strategy Lab: NDC Promise Act North Minneapolis Business Growth Lab

Hosted in partnership with the Neighborhood Development Center (NDC), this Strength & Strategy Lab is an interactive, one-day business development experience designed specifically for Promise Act grant recipients and applicants in North Minneapolis eligible to apply. This Lab equips entrepreneurs with the tools, strategies, and confidence to stabilize, plan, and strategically invest their business funds. Participants will engage in hands-on sessions that combine CliftonStrengths insights, financial education, and operational strategy to help small business owners move from uncertainty to confident execution.

Through expert facilitation and peer collaboration, attendees will:

• Clarify their business model and strengthen financial decision-making
• Identify key opportunities and growth strategies using the AGPG (Accomplishments, Growing Pains, Pain Points, Growth Opportunities) framework
• Develop a Dream Plan to align business goals with purpose and profitability
• Build community with other local entrepreneurs through shared learning and support
