Did you know that 38.4 million Americans practiced yoga in 2022? Of that figure, men represented 25% (9.6 million). As YogaSix South Alexandria celebrates Men’s Health Month, we are excited to offer a workshop designed especially for men targeting strength and power. This 90-minute workshop is geared to be a strong, energetic, and challenging vinyasa flow combining the best core-strengthening, muscle-toning, cardio-working yoga postures with functional fitness exercises while simultaneously enhancing range-of-motion. The Practice will leave you pumped and also relaxed from not only working out but also “working in.” Led by guest teacher, Paul Earhart.
