During these 60 minutes we will not only discover these aspects in our physical movement and physical practise, but also in our mind and soul. �
What is strength and flexibility OUTSIDE of the movement practise and your physical body? �
Each 60min class will involve - breath focus, movement, meditation and options journaling. �
The Movement - Vinyasa part of the class is movement flowing with your breath, sometimes we go slower sometimes faster. I am guided intuitively based on how we all feel in the class to create a flow that suits us all. It is open to you if you are an experienced Yogi looking for more than just movement, and for you if you are just beginning your journey with movement.
*Doors to the studio will close promptly at 19:30, please come earlier to get yourself settled in for a prompt start without rushing.
*Please bring with you a journal for the optional journaling at the end of the class.
*Wear comfortable clothing for movement, there are changing rooms and toilets in the studio, you can also bring a bottle of water with you.
