New weekly fitness class here at Sideshore! πββοΈπββοΈ Weβre excited to announce the launch of Strength and Stretch, led by experienced personal trainer Sorrell Rawlings of B2B Fitness. Join us for the first session on Saturday, 30th August at Sideshore.
Time: 8:30β9:30am on Saturday 30th then every Friday at 9:15am.
What to expect:

γ°οΈ Calisthenics and plyometrics, with a focus on deep, restorative stretches and strengthening movements
