Class description
Boost your physical & mental strength, mood, metabolism, and manage weight during menopause. This 6-week program, led by a certified health coach, empowers women to thrive.
Class outline
Build strength, balance, and flexibility, while boosting mood and mental sharpness. These (6) classes will integrate health coaching with progressive overload training to combat age-related decline and manage menopausal changes.
Class format
Varied classes, drawn from a master list of lower body (squats, lunges, etc.), upper body (presses, rows, etc.), and core (planks, twists, etc.) exercises, engage muscles and keep participants engaged. Progressive overload ensures continuous strength gains.
Week 1 (10/7): Strength, power and well-being
Week 2 (10/14): Master basics and develop routine
Week 3 (10/21): Mat Pilates for strength and balance
Week 4 (10/28): Bodyweight boost
Week 5 (11/4): Improve flexibility and posture
Week 6 (11/11): The 20-minute workout & Nutrition During Menopause with our Registered Dietician Light bites will be served
