If you are interested in learning how to lift any object whether it is weights, recreation, sports household chores, and/or helping disabled loved ones get around.

Coach Stephan Hoprich and Steven Kurtz are teaching this Saturday November 8th at 9am.

It is free for our members, and a day pass for non members of $10.00

It is NOT just strongman, bodybuilding or powerlifting!

It is teaching quality fundamental movement and mechanics

Coach Hoprich and Kurtz are breaking down movements to teach safety, efficiency, and how to improve on weak points.

If group strength isn't for you we are the only private gym in the also with a 800 sq ft private room for people that really don't want to be seen haha.

If you want to reduce the risk of injury, get stronger, and improve performance this workshop is for you.
