Strength and Conditioning A 60 minute group exercise session focussing on improving strength, endurance, mobility, and stability, using a variety of weighted equipment, balls, ropes, exercise bands, and our own body weight too!
This session is a mix of low and higher intensity exercise, and designed to introduce strength and conditioning training to newcomers, or any one who'd like to improve their overall fitness.
Exercises can be modified accordingly to suit the individuals fitness level and goals.
Proper and safe technique will be taught by thorough verbal and visual demonstration by a fully qualified Personal Trainer who will support and encourage you all the way!
$10 per person (cash or EFT)
