This course will teach you how to stay calm, react quickly and neutralize threats when faced with a knife-wielding attacker.
What You’ll Learn :
How to defend against knife attacks and disarm an assailant.
Key strategies to minimize injury and escape safely
Effective body positioning and awareness techniques
How to turn the attacker’s weapon to your advantage.
