The route includes mini-tours of 4 key Park Slope institutions with dynamic and evolving creative activity. The Puffin Foundation- who sponsors the event- recently opened an office / cultural space in the community. The walk is facilitated by collage artist Rich Garr, who has artwork in the current show Democracy Jenga. Other featured stops include the Old Stone House, Interference Archive (pending confirmation) & Open Source Gallery. They all have their own unique stories, and hosts at each place will offer the latest glimpse into their ecosystems. Each is a small organization that has forged a powerful- and global- creative presence in the heart of brownstone Brooklyn. Musical surprises, drinks & snacks will join the regular "street art" extravaganza.
