About this Event
We need volunteers to plant trees and shrubs streamside! We want to prevent creek erosion more by adding a variety of native species to the landscape.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parking is available onsite. There will be a sign nearby, indicating where the event is being held. We’ll send you an update as to the exact address 2 days before the event. Only registered participants can attend the event, which will be confirmed by email prior to the event. Further instructions and details will also be provided to confirmed participants. Also, if your plans change prior to the event and you are no longer able to attend, please let us know so we can make room for others to register. A follow-up email will provide exact details of the location a couple days prior to the event.
What should I bring to the event?
We will be providing tools and gloves to participants as well as snacks and drinking water - water will be available on-site to fill reusable water bottles, so please remember to bring your water bottle!
What should I wear to the event?
Please wear long pants, work boots, or rubber boots (preferably steel toe), or close-toed shoes for planting and dress for the weather. If you would prefer to bring your own work gloves then you are welcome to do so. In case of inclement weather, we will email you no later than 8 am the day of the event.
I want to bring friends or family members, can they tag along?
Only registered participants can attend the event, which will be confirmed by email prior to the event. Please have any additional family/friends/children etc. register individually so we can track participation for the event.
