Come join me in making strawberry honey butter very similar to jam and jelly. Just more puréed. Excellent on toast and English muffins!!!
I will MAKE THIS RIGHT IN CLASS so you can watch the step-by-step, water bath, you will each receive 2 jars of the strawberry jam that we make in class. You will also be making your very own strawberry or blueberry butter. You will dice up your fruit and whip up your butter put them in your butter and shape it. you will also receive a recipe. Come learn how to make your very own homemade jam!!
