About this Event
Strawberry Moon Yoga
What better way to conclude your day than with a tranquil yoga session amidst the serene backdrop of Lavender Rhapsody? Let the calming energy of the full moon, June’s strawberry moon, cleanse your mind and rejuvenate your spirit. The full Strawberry Moon typically occurs in June around the time strawberries are ripe and being harvested.
Your evening begins with a delightful treat—sipping a refreshing strawberry, lavender lemonade. As you enjoy your drink, you'll learn about the numerous benefits of lavender.
Susan Lenger from YogaHermann will guide you through a 45-minute relaxing yoga flow. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners, this session promises to be a peaceful journey of introspection and relaxation.
The yoga class concludes with a meditative session, allowing you to absorb the tranquility of the surroundings. Let the gentle rustle of lavender and the soft glow of the full moon envelop you in serenity. Embrace the opportunity to connect with yourself and nature in this harmonious setting.
This class is suitable for all levels of yoga experience ~ ages 16 and up.
Bring your yoga mat, blanket, or towel (we do have a few extra mats).

- Dress for the occasion as you will be walking on rocky roads and grassy, uneven field surfaces. Comfortable shoes and sunscreen are highly recommended. We also suggest wearing insect repellent and a sun hat.
- We have many pollinators working in the field during bloom time. If you have bee or other severe seasonal allergies, please take personal precautions.
- No smoking, vaping, or use of tobacco is allowed during your visit.
- Although we love dogs, you will have to leave them at home. Our farm is a working farm and residence, to protect our lavender plants, fields, and landscaping, we do not allow pets or other animals. Please contact us in advance if you have a service animal.
- We kindly ask that you “leave no trace” and carry out anything you bring in. Thank you!
