About this Event

Time: 8:30pm - 9:30pm

Venue: Mindful Space

Energy Exchange: $45 - $48.22 (Eventbrite fees will apply from May 2021 onwards)

June welcomes the "sweetest" full moon of the year known as the Strawberry Full Moon. The name originated with Algonquin tribes in eastern North America who knew it as a signal to gather the ripening fruit of wild strawberries. It also represents the transition into a ripe new season.

Full moon is all about transformation, fertility, and completion. Harness full moon energy by taking this as a time for radiance and empowerment. It is a powerful time for looking within and feel empowered in your achievements.

It represents a cycle of completion and allows us to release and let go of energy. It gives us the gift of removing what no longer serves us and allows us to complete our intentions so that we can move onto something new. Releasing and letting go during the Full Moon will give you a freeing energy, makes you feel invigorated, and renewed from all the things weighing on you.

Full Moon offers powerful healing opportunity, an optimum time for meditating, recharging your energy field, and clearing your chakras. Using the lunar energy of a full moon can yield incredible healing results, both physically and mentally.

Gong is known to generate powerful, intense healing vibrations. You will likely find yourself drawn into the hypnotic sounds while layer upon layer of vibrations touches your body, mind and heart.

The sounds surround you with their powerful healing tones to guide you on a journey of self-discovery and inner exploration that promotes deep relaxation and peace, expansion of consciousness, and helps to open the body’s entire energetic system.

Being immersed in these remarkable sounds tends to bring people whatever experiences they need at the moment and no two experiences are ever the same. Some people might fall into a nourishing, trance-like sleep. Whilst others might experience altered states of consciousness or feel bodily sensations associated with physical healing.

All you need to do is lie comfortably in the aerial hammock, immerse yourself in the sound waves and allow the Gong and other healing instruments to take you on a Journey to Remember.

All are welcome! Come with an open mind and heart. No experience in mediation is required.

** You will bring home a surprise gift as well**
