Join us for a class on a unique method of growing. Straw bale gardening is a relatively new technique in the growing industry. It was developed with those who have small spaces, tight budgets or who cannot break ground. Easy to start and use, straw bale gardening is for everyone.
The first part of the class is a power point and instruction on growing in straw bales. The later half is demonstration on a bale that is ready to plant in.
Robbie has been a master gardener for several years and has grown in bales many seasons. She is well versed in different crops in this method.
