If you’re interested in working as a labourer (with no prior experience), apprentice electrician or journeyperson electrician and are prepared for an out-of-town assignment in Oyen, Alberta, this is an opportunity for you.
Working Schedule: 10 days on the site and 4 days off
The company provides free accommodations and transportation from Calgary to the working site and back to Calgary.
Labourers hourly rate: $21.50
Electrician hourly rate: $21.50-$ 43.00
It is an asset if you have experience in:
- Commercial electrical installation, including rough-ins, distribution equipment lighting system, conduit, fire alarm, data, controls, etc.…
- Industrial electrical installation, including distribution equipment, cable tray, TECK cables, rigid aluminum and EMT conduit, Electric Heat Trace, controls, and PLC’s QAQC.
- Troubleshooting electrical systems
- Reading and interpreting drawings and blueprints
- Able to lift a minimum of 35-plus pounds.
