Kate is an inspiring Workplace Mental Health Consultant with over 20 years’ experience in education, health promotion, and wellbeing leadership.

She has delivered impactful mental health programs to both adolescents and adults and has extensive experience supporting individuals through mental health challenges.

Kate delivers workplace mental health training for the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and facilitates programs with leading Employee Assistance Program providers.
